
PrincipalsDebby Spertus comes from a Fine Arts background. She spent three years in Paris where she took classes at Ecole du Louvre and worked at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. She has studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and in private studios of practicing artists. For years she worked exclusively as a studio artist. Several years ago she was asked by Lincolnwood School in Evanston to paint a mural, and she has since trained at several prominent faux finishing schools. In addition to murals, she loves creating faux finishes, stencil work, wood graining and working with Italian plasters. Paula Clayton is a designer, painter, and all-around creative hurricane from New Zealand. In 2001 she received a BFA in painting from Western Michigan University, and she also has a Certificate in Craft Design in bone carving (!) from Whitireia Community Polytechnic in New Zealand.
